How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Our team will provide you with a return label that must be used to send the product back to us. This ensures proper tracking and processing of your return.

Return Steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team through our contact form or other contact methods
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to send you the return label (usually within 24 hours)
  4. Package your item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached
  5. Attach the provided return label to your package
  6. Mail your package to the address provided by our customer service team

Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 45 days of purchase for a full refund.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note the following requirements:

  • Items must be in their original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • A valid return label provided by our customer service team must be used

Once we receive your return at our facility, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Please note: We cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges. Returns without a proper return label may be delayed or rejected.
