How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Our team will provide you with a return label that must be used to send the product back to us. This ensures proper tracking and processing of your return.
Return Steps:
- Contact our customer service team through our contact form or other contact methods
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to send you the return label (usually within 24 hours)
- Package your item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Attach the provided return label to your package
- Mail your package to the address provided by our customer service team
Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 45 days of purchase for a full refund.
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note the following requirements:
- Items must be in their original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- All original tags must remain attached
- A valid return label provided by our customer service team must be used
Once we receive your return at our facility, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Please note: We cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges. Returns without a proper return label may be delayed or rejected.
